M Resort Finalizes Mobile Gaming Agreement With Cantor Gaming
On July 7th, 2008, M Resort, Spa and Casino Establishment have publicly announced the agreement that they have finalized an agreement with Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of global financial organization Cantor Fitzgerald to give top of the line mobile gambling technology to the casino gaming floor and racing and sports book of the $1 billion M Resort, Spa and Casino, which will be completed in the spring of 2009 on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
While it is still subjected for approval by the Nevada Gambling Commission and Nevada Control Board, the agreement states that Cantor will be the sole provider of mobile gambling service to the M Resort and will manage M Resort's race and sportsbook. Cantor Gaming will launch a server-based gambling system with full back office infrastructure and a wide array of casino games. Mobile gambling will allow the play of usual casino games like slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker with the casino establishment and it is not place in the usual casino gaming floor.
Using Cantor Gaming high class mobile gambling technology, customers at the M Resort will not only be able enjoy the casino games on mobile phones in specially designated locations in the resort but will be able to wager in different ways in the facility's race and sportsbook.

Cantor Gaming was given the 1st ever license as a manufacturer, distributor and operator of mobile gambling systems by the Nevada Gaming Commission in May 2006. Cantor was the main proponent of a Nevada legislation allowing wireless gambling on hand-held, mobile gaming devices in public locations of a resort-casino facility.
